Pregnancy and baby loss

Tommy's midwives, free on 0800 014 7800, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Specialist midwives who support any kind of pregnancy loss, including termination for medical reasons.

If you are bleeding, in pain, or worried about your pregnancy right now, contact your midwife, your GP or your local Early Pregnancy Unit straight away.

Many pharmacies, including Boots and Superdrug, offer their consulting rooms as a Safe Space. You can walk in and ask to use it, and you will find information there and somewhere private to make a call.
Money, housing and practical worries

Citizens Advice, free on 0800 144 8848, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, for benefits, debt, housing, work and consumer problems. Online advice and web chat are available any time.

We also work with local food banks, Home-Start and debt advice services, and we can refer you on. Just tell us what you need.
Staying safe online
If you are worried that someone might see what you have been looking at, use a private or incognito browser window, or a device they cannot access. Your local library has computers you can use, and searches made there cannot be traced back to you.
